BCH Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy sets forth the standards of conduct for partners, officers, employees and contract personnel of BCH Research Solutions, LLC (BCH). BCH respects the privacy of our personnel and our clients through the protection of all personal information. In addition, BCH secures and protects all documents and data shared by our clients to ensure that all information is held in the strictest confidence.

Personal Information

BCH secures all personal information, including Social Security numbers, of partners, contractors and employees and does not share this information with anyone, other than for necessary payroll and tax document purposes. Electronic personal information is stored in a secure location which is password protected and for added security, is stored in access-controlled folders where access is limited only to BCH staff who have a business need to handle the information.

This privacy policy is reviewed with all new contractors and employees. All partners, contractors and employees are expected to follow it. Not following the Privacy Policy and local laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal information may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.

Client Information and Clinical Research Data

BCH does not collect clinical trial data and therefore, does not hold or maintain databases containing clinical trial data. In the course of doing business however, particularly to facilitate medical writing services, clients provide BCH with data summaries and confidential reports containing proprietary clinical research data. All electronic documents and data are stored in a secure, password protected location and access is limited only to BCH staff who have a business need to handle the information.
